Purpleberry smoothie -recipe



I love drinking smoothies as a meal replacement, it helps give your digestive system a break and allows you to take in a ton of nutrients all at once. If you are new to the “green” smoothie here is one that is delicious and it turns purple!

2 cups of spinach (fresh)
3/4 cup OJ
3/4 cup water
2 banana
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberry

**make one of the fruits frozen so smoothie is cold

Mix the liquids in spinach first in the blender, then throw in the fruits and your good to go!
Healthy, fast and total yum!
