My boyfriend and I were driving on 422 in PA going to the mall and lo and behold a poor puppy was on the side of the road! Literally in between the white line and the grass. With such a busy highway and she looked so scared I INSISTED my boyfriend pull over so I can run out and grab the pup.
I convinced him and ran, grabbing her with no tag on her and scared to death I picked her up and put her in the truck. She was literally kicked out of her owners car, I know this because I saw. With a long drive ahead, we went to the nearest pet store and bought some foos, bowl and water for the pup hopefully keeping it safe.
We went to the shelter and they weren’t taking new dogs and all the others were closed. We brought her to my soon to be in laws house and they fell in love.
